Market Position & Financial Summary:
With over $17.9 billion market capitalization in the application software industry, Adobe Systems Incorporated (Adobe) is one of the most well-known software companies in the world.

The company recorded revenues of $3,517.9 million during the fiscal year ended in November 2007, an increase of 22.6% over 2006. The increase in the company’s revenue was due to the launch of the English and local versions of Creative Suite 3 family of products and an increase in sales of Acrobat 8 family of products. The operating profit of the company was $857.6 million during fiscal year 2007, an increase of 55.6% over 2006.
